At NatalieTrail, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to ensure your experience remains positive.

Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer a refund.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging with tags and accessories (if applicable)

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error. Please use a reliable courier and ensure the package is trackable to avoid any issues during transit.

Inspection and Approval
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days. If the item meets our return conditions, we will approve the refund. If the return is rejected due to damage or ineligibility, we will notify you via email.

Refund Method
All refunds are processed in cash only, aligned with our Cash on Delivery (COD) policy. After your return is approved, we will arrange the refund in coordination with our delivery partner or a designated local method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund process to be completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue along with your order ID. We will arrange a return or replacement at no extra cost.

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct item exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order once the refund is processed.
